A must read book of enormous interest to anyone planning on walking any part of one of the most popular walking trails in the world - The English South West Coast Path. If you’ve already done it, or made a start, then relive your memories through the eyes of a man who has walked every inch of this glorious 630 miles. Every section from Minehead in North Somerset to Poole in Dorset is covered. Written on a day by day basis over an 8 week period, discover what went especially well and occasionally almost disastrously wrong. Experience the pain and the joy with someone who at the age of 58 had never previously undertaken any long distance walking. Learn about the pitfalls and the astonishing highs. Informative and entertaining, it will move and inspire you. You’ll laugh out loud as you follow his progress all around this amazing coastline.
