Excerpt from The Architect and Engineer of California, Vol. 31: November 1912
The illustrations shown are of buildings designed and erected by this firm within the last five years, except in one or two instances. The design of the chapel at Cypress Lawn Cemetery was made by Mr. Ross in 1892. It is a splendid example of his early work, and shows the Gothic feeling through out.
