J'espère, cependant, qu'on trouvera, moyen de règler l'arbitrage sans recourir au consetl privé et de règler, dans le pays, cette afi'a'ire d'une manière équitable, satisfaisante pour ces deux Provinces et juste envers les autres par ties de la Confédération. Nosprétentions sur la Valeur de la sui-disant décision des arbitres et sur ce qui revient à la Province pourront, je crois. Être pleinement soutenues devant n'importe quel tribunal impartial, et je sois con vaincu que les membre de cette honorable Chambre et le peuple de la Province approuveront la'ligne de conduite ad0ptée par le gouvernement sur cette question.
