Excerpt from Essai d'une Théorie Rationnelle des Sociétés de Secours Mutuels
En écrivant, vers la fin de 1886, Les droits d'entree elle les Sociétés de secours mutuels étude publiée dans la Revue des Institutions de Prc'voyarzcc( et, quelques mois après, Le Déficit chez la plupart des Sociétés de secours mutuels approuvées je me proposais de fournir des matériaux à la Commission de la Chambre des Députés chargée de rapporter le Projet de loi sur les Sociétés de secours mutuels.
Quelques renseignements, venus de source officielle, me firent craindre d'arriver trop tard. De là une certaine hâte dans la rédaction de ces deux Mémoires; mais je me propo sais de reprendre à loisir ce sujet et d'en faire une étude d'en semble, plus approfondie et mieux ordonnée. Je pensais qu'un petit nombre de questions nouvelles étudiées à leur place pourraient rendre cette théorie assez complète.
