Id autem efi tale: Accipe &quales partes ex his duabus herbis Centaurea et Carduo benediéìa et decoque in aqua alterius harum Rillatitia vel aqua Ci choreae aut etiam communi, demum huic deco&o adde pulveris ali quid de inferiori mandibula Lupi pi1'cis, et da ante paroxyfmum, nec revela omnibus hanc medicinam, licet admodum levem et facilem, in efieétu tamen certum et mirabile.
