It also includes the form and minutes of the organization's General Conference, considered its highest legislative body, which the author deems necessary to its success and the organization as a whole. Furthermore, the book outlines the roles and duties of the organization's various officers, as well as the rules for its membership. The author shares that by following these guidelines, the Methodist Episcopal Church has, since its inception, reformed the continent and spread Scriptural holiness over the land.
