IX. Any stranger not a resident of Ottawa Monthly and not in the habit of visiting Ottawa periodi mu cally, npon the introduction of two Ordinary members and the sanction of the Committee, may be admitted as a Monthly member, upon payment of 5, for any period less than a month, and at the same rate for any month thereafter, provided always that the total period of con tinuous monthly membership shall in no case exceed three months. This privilege is to be per sonal, and does not entitle a Monthly member toany of the privileges of the Club except for himself alone. Senators and Members of the Dominion Parliament shall be ineligible as Monthly members.
