So I thought I would try to lead the student to more interesting sources of the fountain of knowledge, than at the dried up springs of the ordinary history.
I then arranged to begin the bibliography. By doing the easiest part first. Which was to collect and make a list of all the histories of the rebellion. Then books dealing with the rebellion. Then the most important histories of ('anada which dealt with the subject to auv extent. This in itself presented quite a goodly list.
