The study revealed that most leaders experienced difficulty with only a few leadership tasks and that those tasks varied depending on whether the leader was male or female. The author also found that leaders received the greatest satisfaction from opportunities to help young people and that successful leaders tended to have a more balanced distribution of time spent on different leadership tasks.
