Over the three-day program, an estimated pe0p1e stopped by to watch, listen and learn from the Elders. Thousands more across the country participated through video downlinks during a live, thre'e-hour broadcast from the Ellipse and usda television studios. The broadcast was hosted by Dan Wildcat, Chair of the Department of Science and Social Sciences at Haskell Indian Nations University in Lawrence, Kansas. Haskell was a co-sponsor of the broadcast.
