It has been found necessary, in preparation for the important change in the Key, to make a vast number of corrections in order to adapt the ratings more closely to the altered plan of interpretation. In doing so, the latest and most definite information has had to be obtained, and the Reference Book has been enriched to a corresponding degree. The task in our Printing Department in effecting so many changes has been very great, and it is possible that some printers' errors may be found, but we are persuaded that such faults will be rare, as we have spared no pains or expense in the type graphical branch of the work.
