ON appeal against an order of justices, for removing Sarah, the widow of Hugh Probert, and her two children, from the parish of Ellesmere in Shropshire to the parish of Tryddyn in Flintshire, the sessions quashed the order, subject to the opinion of this Court upon a special case.
The case first set forth the deposition on which the order was made, as follows.
