Excerpt from Practical Iron Founding
This is an attempt to give a condensed account of the principles and practice of Iron Founding. It is written both for the student and for the practical man. I have stated and explained principles, and Ihave also included the most recent practice, particularly as it relates to the two branches of machine moulding and the melting of iron.
My acknowledgments are due to those firms who have placed at my service electros of foundry appliances.
