Cannot but state the gratification I feel, at the progress this doctrine is making thro ugh out Great Britain and I may say, the whole learned world. My reason for wish ing it to be studied, is this, it being the only science by which we can arrive at any thing like a satisfactory conclusion, that at last we are acquainted with the functions.
