In a report published as Bulletin no. 180 of the Ontario Agricultural College I find that Professor Harcourt has quoted from an American 'bulletin No. 101 Of the Department of Agriculture at Washington, facts which lead us to modify somewhat the first impression Obtained from the simple statement that about twenty-seven per cent of the material of the wheat is rejected in flour production.
