Ces passages présenteront peut - être quelque intérêt aux aspirants-docteurs et aux élèves déjà avancés qui seraient bien aises d'acquérir quelques notions de la littérature juridique; mais les élèves que le temps presse et qui veulent seulement se préparer à leur trois1eme examen pourront, sans inconvénient sauter ces alinéa marqués d'une croix.
