Each monograph heading includes the drug's generic name, trade name(s), drug category, and pH. Monograph sections include: usual dose; pediatric dose; infant and/or neonatal dose; dose adjustments; dilution, including storage; incompatibilities; rate of administration; actions; indications and uses; contraindications; precautions, including monitor, patient education, maternal/child, and elderly; drug/lab interactions; side effects, including major and minor; and antidote.
