The efiect of the acts~ 37 38 Vict. C. 57 and c. 78, is to render it unnecessary to provide for many things which formerly it was imperative to guard against. The forms herewith given are prepared with especial reference to these acts; at the same time precedents require using with more judgment and discrimination in drawing conditions of sale, than in the preparation of any other draught.
