To authorize the insertion of cer tain advertisements in the Poli tical Examiner, and General Recorder, and in the Ameri can and Union.
To repeal an act, entitled an act to amend the law, in relation to opening and repairing the pub lic roads, in certain counties, so far as the same embraces the county of Bath, and for other purposes.
