The notes for the Opinions in this Collcftion were taken in the hurry of other avocations, and they were allowed to lie over for feveral months before they were reduced into that form in which they are, now prefented: whatever ap pears, then, to deform thefe Opinions, whatever in them is unconnected, or disjointed, or improper, mufl.
