Although, in conformity to Hawkins divifton of Felonies on Statutes, againft Public Credit, againft Marriage, See. I have clafi'ed all Felonies on Statuter, viz. Forgery, Bigamy, Sec. Immediately to precede that general Head; yet I have alfo put them under their common known Head of Forgery, Bigamy, Rape, &c. Dii'tinguifhing them for the Pupil. The fame method will be obfe'rved in Indictments for Mifdemeanors.
