The first topic 011 the program was taken up and discussed by President Ayres, leaving the President's address to come later.
Topic No. 2 was Opened by Chancellor Strong, and Topic No. 3 by President Bryan.
At P. M. All discussion was suspended, and the Presi dent's address was given.
