Raymond M. Lee is a Reader in Social Research Methods in the Department of Social and Political Science, Royal Holloway, University of London. He has written widely on a variety of methodological topics, including the problems and issues surrounding research on 'sensitive' topics, research in dangerous settings, and the impact of new technologies on the research process. He is currently involved in a large scale project on violence against professionals.
