Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Eileen Tracy is a study skills counsellor and lecturer who applied and developed study techniques in her own exam preparation at Oxford University. She has appeared on BBC television and contributes regular articles in the national press. She has also provided educational advice and on-line exam support on Freeserve's and the BBC's education website.
