Todas las posesiones españolas del continente americanº han sido teatro de hostilidades mas o menos importantes, y en Inglaterra se han leido con ansia los pormenores de estos sucesos que hasta aora se han dado al publico. Pero, poco o nada se sabe de los progresos de la revoluciºn en Megico, la mas importante de las posesiºnes españolas en el Nuevo Mundo, ora se considére la riqueza de sus minas, ºra la estension de su territorio, ora en fin el numero de sus habitantes, y sus progresos en la civilizaciºn. Los penodicos han dado a conocer los nombres de algunos gefes de la revolucion megicana y tal cual noticia sobra la espedicion del general Mina. Tambien baii copiado articulos de las gacetas españolas, que cºntenían pomposas relaciºnes de las derrotas de lºs insurgentes, de la destruccion de la espedicion de Mina, y a esto se han reducido todºs los datos que ha tenido el publico de Biropa sobre la revola cion de Megico.
