This book contains a collection of papers presented at the IFIP workshop on Benchmarking held in Trondheim, Norway, in June 1994. Most books available on the market tend to cover the basic theory of benchmarking. However, since this book is based on recent research papers it focuses more on presenting the latest trends within the field of benchmarking.
