Trebilcock is a Professor in the Faculty of Law, University of Toronto and Robert Howse is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Law, University of Toronto and Visiting Professor of Law, University of Michigan and Harvard Law School. They are co-authors, with Martha Chandler, of Trade and Transitions, also published by Routledge.
