This book is written as a helpful general guide to three popular forms of contract in the JCT series, namely: The Standard Form of Building Contract with Quantities 1980 (JCT 80), The Intermediate Form of Building Contract, 1984 (IFC84) and the Agreement for Minor Building Works 1980 (MW 80).
