Praeterea animadusrtas nelim Ambrosium non solum saepissime Matthaei Marci Iobannis nerba ct sententiae respicere inque iis sxponendis operarn consumers, sed etiam hic nel illis ex professa a ceterornm euan geliorum uersibns initium praedicandi sumere. Nelut quae inlibro quarto 142, 9 ponuutur sacrae scripturae nerba, sine dubio olim a lectors reci tata, non e Lucas (id quod fngsrat patrem maum) sed e Matthaei eusngeli0 petita sunt et itidem nerba illa (147, 3) apud Matthaeum inueninntur. Eu babes homiliam in Matthaenm libri quarti ss. 7 - 16 conprebensam. Deinde episcopus se non Lucas sed Marci et Matthaei nerba tractare ipse nisi fallor indicat nerbis quae 486, 20 exstant uterque de quibus pr0posuimus euangelistac.
