La vérité c'est que le sentiment de la nationalité, ne se conserve qu'en un petit nombre, que l'hé rédité a pétri de plus d'énergie pour la lutte d'eux, il redescend dans la foule, la ranimant, pour un temps, d'une sorte de sursaut de vie ou la ressuscitant tout à fait à elle-même, selon la complicité hostile ou favorable des circonstances.
