Huayong Yang is an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, an expert in fluid transmission and control, a professor at Zhejiang University, the Dean of School of Mechanical Engineering of Zhejiang University, the Director of State Key Laboratory of Fluid Power and Mechatronics (at Zhejiang University), and the Director of National Electro-hydraulic Control Engineering Technology Research Center, Beijing, China.



Jianbin Li is a senior engineer, a chief scientist of the National Key Basic Research Development Program (973 Program), a senior expert of China Railway Group Limited and the President of Major Special Project Institute of China Railway Engineering Equipment Group Co., Ltd. He once served as the Chairman and the Secretary of the CPC Committee of China Railway Engineering Equipment Group Co., Ltd. and the General Manager of China Railway Hi-Tech Industry Corporation Limited.
