He has a very high profile in the American Association of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (AACAP).
 
Allan Tasman, Louisville, Kentucky, USA. Allan is Past President of the American Psychiatric Association and Professor and Chairman of the Department. Of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the University of Louisville School of Medicine.
