This volume is a new, standard, full-colour, high-resolution brain atlas of C57BL/6J male mouse whose extensive images are enhanced by a hierarchically organized taxonomy of mouse brain structure. "The Allen Reference Atlas SET": contains the most frequently annotated coronal sections in the brain in unprecedented anatomical detail; utilizes molecular markers distinctly captured in the online atlas database, refining the delineation of brain structures, and thereby lending a unique accuracy to the reference atlas; and, features absolutely stunning image resolution.
