JAROGNIEW RYKOWSKI, PhD, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Information Technology at Poznan University of Economics in Poland.
SUDHIR DIXIT, PhD, is the Director of Hewlett-Packard Laboratories India, an Adjunct Professor of Computer Science at the University of California, Davis (2009-2012), and a Docent in Broadband Mobile Communications for Emerging Economies at the University of Oulu in Finland.
