Chip Espinoza is Chief Executive Officer of GeNextConsulting, a subsidiary of LeadershipTraQ. He teaches Leadershipin the Hobbs Leadership Program at California State University,Long Beach. He consults to a range of clients from the BoeingCompany to the Special Olympics. He frequently keynotes atcorporate events, conferences, and organizations across the countryon his research about Millennials and their value to organizations.Chip's doctoral dissertation is on the subject of managingMillennials. Mick Ukleja, PhD, is the founder and President ofLeadershipTraQ, a leadership consulting firm. He cofounded theUkleja Center for Ethical Leadership at California StateUniversity, Long Beach, which promotes ethics across thecurriculum. He is the coauthor of Who Are You? What Do YouWant?: Four Questions That Will Change Your Life and TheEthics Challenge: Strengthening Your Integrity in a GreedyWorld. He has worked with entrepreneurs and corporateexecutives of both profit and non-profit organizations. He alsoserves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for The AstronautsMemorial Foundation at the Kennedy Space Center, which oversees theCenter for Space Education. Craig D. Rusch, PhD, is Professor of Anthropology atVanguard University in Costa Mesa, California. Craig holds a PhD insocial networks from the University of California, Irvine.
