Self-Management, First Edition gives instructors flexibility in teaching self management skills & behavior changes. Second, the exercises get the students actively involved in the chapter material, promoting a more detailed and full understanding of the concepts and techniques.

Edward P. Sarafino is a professor of psychology and is on the board of trustees for The College of New Jersey. He received his BA from Chico State University and his doctorate from the University of Colorado.
