RICHARD P. SHANLEY, CPA, MBA, leads the health sciences group and is a senior partner in the public company practice at Richard A. Eisner & Company, LLP (RAE), one of the largest regional accounting and consulting firms in the United States. Rich understands the fundamental need for capital that distinguishes innovative technology companies of all sizes –from virtual company start–ups to established multinational corporations. His experience encompasses more than 20 years of structuring and consummating creative financing vehicles involving public and private equity financing, corporate alliances, and joint–venture partnerships.
