BILL QUALLS is currently an Assistant Professor of Mathematics and formerly an Assistant Professor of Information Systems, both at Waubonsee Community College. As a Senior Instructor for Caliber Data Training, he conducts in-house courses on mainframe programming for Fortune 500 companies.
