THOMAS KOONTZ, AIA, is principal of Thomas Koontz Architect, an architectural firm practicing in residential, multi--family housing, ecclesiastical, medical, educational, and commercial projects. Mr. Koontz lectures frequently and has been published in professional journals. CAROL V. DAGWELL, Ph.D., is Professor of Interior Design at Radford University in Radford, Virginia and is a member of IDEC, AAHE, and an education member of ASID and ISID.
