His newsletters, Professional Services Management Journal, A/E Marketing Journal, and Project Management, are read throughout the industry. DAVID BURSTEIN, PE, is Vice President and Southeast Operations Manager of Engineering-Science, Inc., a subsidiary of The Parsons Corp.
