He is co-author of AntiPatterns: Refactoring Software, Architectures, and projects in Crisis and AntiPatterns and Patterns in Software Configuration Management (both from Wiley).

HAYS W. "SKIP" McCORMICK III is a consultant to the OBJECTive technologies Group as Technical Director of the Interoperability Clearinghouse. He is also Webmaster for the AntiPatterns Web site, and coauthor of AntiPatterns: Refactoring Software, Architectures, and Projects in Crisis and AntiPatterns and Patterns in Software Configuration Management (both from Wiley).

SCOTT W. THOMAS is a Senior Product Development Manager for Sagavista at SAGA Software Inc. He is coauthor of AntiPatterns and Patterns in Software Configuration Management (from Wiley) and has over twenty years of experience in all facets of the software engineering life cycle.
