DAVID McDYSAN is a Fellow at MCI WorldCom, where he has led the VPN design and architecture efforts since 1986. He is the coauthor of three networking books, including a bestseller on ATM, and the author of a book on Quality of Service and Traffic Management in IP and ATM networks.
