LARRY BIELAWSKI holds the Decker Chair in Information Technology at Goucher College in Baltimore, Maryland. ROBERT LEWAND is a professor of mathematics and computer science at Goucher College. Both have developed intelligent systems for numerous businesses and organizations such as the United Nations, Zenith Data Systems, John Wiley Sons, and the National Institute on Drug Abuse.
