She brings more than 20 years experience to the design and development of self-instructional, classroom, and on-the-job training programs. Genevieve Love Smith was the Coordinator of Programming at Point Park College in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Phyllis E. Davis was formerly Dean of Point Park College in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
