About the Authors J. Harvey Trimble, Jr. is Director of Information Systems for the Marriott Corporation, Washington, D.C. He holds an M.S. from American University in the technology of management. David Chappell is a senior software engineer with Cray Research, Minneapolis, Minnesota and a nationally-known lecturer on computer and communications systems. He holds an M.S. in computer science from the University of Wisconsin—Madison.
