Richard C. Penney, Ph.D. is a Professor in the Department of Mathematics at Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN. He is also the Director of the Mathematics/Statistics Actuarial Science Program at Purdue University. Dr. Penney is the author of several refereed journal articles
