Lown, CRB's Editor in Chief, has been with CRB since 1988 and is in charge of ensuring that CRB's high-quality products are delivered to subscribers and clients with the utmost attention to accuracy and detail. Christopher's family has been part of CRB for decades, and he continues the family legacy with his business development efforts at CRB. Richard W. Asplund, CRB's Chief Economist, is the author of the historical analysis of the commodity and financial sectors contained in The CRB Encyclopedia. Richard has an MBA cum laude in finance and economics from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and has over twenty years of research and trading experience in the financial and commodity markets.
