Aus dem Klappentext

Breakthrough Management How to Convert Priority Objectives into Results Giorgio Merli A large part of the competitive advantage of a business stems from improvements in its current operating performance. The pace of its achievement is the distinctive factor between success and failure. It inevitably means also recognising the need to have a highly effective management system. This book is written for those who want to achieve, or who are given responsibility to achieve major improvement results ? the so-called Breakthroughs. Breakthrough Management has its roots firmly in the practice of TQM - its value to managers is that they will discover an entrepreneurial approach to Total Quality. The approach proposed in Breakthrough Management is to use a model aimed at this need ? how to manage business priorities systematically and effectively. The model itself is a combination of a Japanese approach (Management by Policies), Total Quality instruments, original instruments developed by Deming prizewinner Ryuji Fukuda (SEDAC System) and methods developed by Galgano & Associati. The guidance presented in Breakthrough Management provides proven models which have brought success to businesses such as SGS ? Thomson and Ericsson.
