The authors address six areas of development: perceptual/fine motor, cognition, language, social/emotional, self-care, and gross motor. Diane B. D'Eugenio is the coauthor of several articles, including "Developmental Outcome of Preterm Infants With Transient Neuromotor Abnormalities."
Martha S. Moersch (1917-2003) was president of the American Occupational Therapy Foundation and a researcher at the Institute for the Study of Mental Retardation and Related Disabilities at the University of Michigan.
