M. Lambert, a publié depuis dans cette revue un article étendu (3) où il reprend l'idée de M. Fais, on lui apportant quelques remaniements de détail et en en modifiant un peu la partie positive, en attribuant à Sex. Aelius Factus Catus, l'au teur des tripertila, la paternité de l'oeuvre apocryphe ratta chée par M. Pais à On. Flavius, mais en empruntant et en accentuent les vues de M. Pais sur le caractère moderne du prétendu code décemviral. Je dirai, à mon tour, pourquoi le système me semble encore moins admissible dans sa forme nou velle que dans l'ancienne.
